Vulnerability and Integrity based workshops

This is an intense, "life-changing," four-week workshop on the power of vulnerability and integrity. Open to people in all stages of life, this workshop will help you reconnect with your authentic self and give you the tools to approach the world with courage. Excellent for creatives and entrepreneurs, or anyone seeking a more meaningful and genuine existence. Inspired in part by the work of vulnerability researcher Brené Brown.
